Educated?? I am NOT a puppy mill selling paper!

I am not a paper freak - I actually LOVE my dog ....
You obviously haven't been on this forum long enough to see that we all (besides a few trolls around here) LOVE our dogs; paper work or none. No one ever accused you of being a puppy mill; just of wanting to breed a dog who hasn't gotten any health testing done.
A great temperament is worth a lot in a dog; but it isn't all that is to be looked at when breeding. Like many have said your dog could have health issues, or future health issues that you aren't even aware of now. Also, you probably won't just have one puppy on your hands, even dogs that are breed the first time can have a bunch of puppies.

I think I need Rumor's uterus back. By these standards she's above and beyond breeding quality.

I love my dog, and for that reason, I had her spayed. She has a great temperament and wonderful manners. So do thousands of other dogs sitting in rescue and shelters. There's no reason to breed a dog of known or unknown lineage, simply because it stays in the yard and lets children pet it. Papers or not, your dog still should not be bred.
:hail: Perhaps we could get a two-for-one deal on having our females' uteruses (uteri?) re-implanted. Not only does Meg fit all the specifications of the above poster, she also has an agility title and at least a dozen people who ask me on a regular basis if they can have her.

To the OP - RedACD tried to warn you. You will not find support for backyard breeders or puppymills here. There are far too many of us working to rescue and place mix-breed byb puppies; living with the problems associated with poorly bred dogs; and working their butts off to get the titles and health clearances to be able to responsibly breed.

If you want another wonderful dog, go to a GSD rescue and look at the young adults. The dog's temperment with be pretty clear by the time it is two. Find another wonderful shepherd who has nice house manners and is good with kids. Save a life, rather than destroying some.

You should not be breeding your dog. And if you ask me, somebody ought to stop you from breeding too. You should spay your dog and spay yourself right away.

Frankly, I have a strong feeling that the dog you gave away was the lucky one.
