Im Worried Help Me Please!!!

my dog has been acting strange... hes less active and hes scared all the time not and i dont know why and he loves sleeping on the beed and i let him and not his front paws are on the bed with his head and his hind legs are on the floor hes like so scared

we did not change any thing...

im scared what should i do?

maybe something scared him while he was in the bed? is that the only place he acts strange?

Was this the same dog that was scared of the door? Maybe he's not feeling well. Have you called your vet? He may be sick and cant get up on the bed by himself.
