I found this great house that's up for rent for a great price, but I'm stuck in a lease unless my landlord can find someone to rent my current place out. She's so mad at me..she just showed the condo and wouldn't even look at me. It's not fair of her to do that to me though because when I signed the lease for this place she told me that I could pay month to month and if I ever wanted to move out it wouldn't be a problem and now she's not allowing me to move out until she replaces me. 
Anyway, I really want to rent this house because it's on 1.25 completely fenced in acres surrounded by Areca palms. It's private and great for the dogs because they could run around every day off leash. It's also the perfect size house for me. It's about the same size as the condo I'm renting now for only $150 more. I'll be so happy to get out of my current place because I have no yard, no privacy, I can't have any friends stay the night without their cars getting towed, etc, etc, etc.
My dogs will be so happy if we move in to this place!!!! Here are some pics of the yard and the house - the dogs in the second pic are the owner's two jack russels - you can barely see them but they're so cute!
