Well I just got a puppy from the human society about 3 days ago and i have been crate training him. The first night he cried but the second night he whine but was fine. The problem i have is when me and my boyfriend goes to work he goes in the crate and he crys and crys. But by the time i get home he is out of the crate and running around the house. He opens the doors to the crate. My problem is he pretty go about going to the bathroom on the puppy pads but it's his chewing. I don't want him chewing a cords and getting hurt. I have kongs and toys and everything in the crate. He is only 2 months old and about 10lbs and he is shar pei and Siberian husky mix. So any advice would be great. I always have a 11 year old dog thats home to but not in a crate cuz he is trained.
