Has anyone left negative feedback for an Etsy shop?

I had a bad experience with a shop on Etsy, didn't get my order until almost 5 weeks after I paid for it, owner didn't reply to my messages, I had to get both Etsy support and Paypal involved, and I just now got my order, FINALLY. Now, I think I should leave negative feedback, but I'm scared that the owner will leave me negative feedback as well!

Has anyone left negative feedback? What was your experience?

Yes I have left negative feedback. there was one time I didn't get my order and didn't get a refund and like you I had to get paypal and etsy involved and they took the refund from them and gave it to me.

I left them negative feedback. I didn't get any in return but that is a possibility
