Congrats!

I'm considering giving up diet soda (well, all soda, because I can't drink the regular stuff, it's gross) for new year. I never considered it before because I'd have what, water and flavored water? I like water, and most days that's all I drink, but I do like flavor on occasion. I usually drink maybe 2 cans of soda a week, though at times it's much more.

However, this year I have discovered TEA. And I really want to DRINK ALL THE TEA. I even put the little Raspberry Zinger or Lemon Zinger tea bags in a bottle of water and it makes the water taste like weak tea. Most of the teas I like come in a caffeine-free version if they're not already caffeine-free. I love chamomile before bed, during the day Earl Gray is my go-to (with other teas on occasion...I probably have 20 different kinds of tea in the cabinet right now). Don't wants something hot? Fine, pour it over some ice! I also keep a pot of cold-brew ice tea in the fridge at all times - stick some tea in a pot of water, let it sit for 12 hours, get the tea out, and there you go!
