I see several members with pictures next to their posts but I can't seem to find where to upload one. Is this a permission that is granted later on after I've graduated from "active pup" :hail:

After you've logged in, click on "User CP" blue line at top and on the left side you will see "Edit Avatar". The pic next to your name is you Avatar.
