I have one item listed on ebay..it's my first. I started out with something small so my first would be easy to ship, but it doesnt look like I'm even going to sell it.
I cant get any visitors to my item, let alone bid on it.
Are there any experienced ebayers out there that could help me?

This is my Ebay listing:
Frost Cutlery Display Knife w/ Tin Case (bear in creek) Item number: 170120343846

Feel free to look it up and maybe tell me what I've done wrong??

I had ordered a bunch of these knives off home shopping on tv to try and sell them at the flea market in my area.
Thanks,
Kate

Your auction is fine, my guess is that it's just not something that lot of people are interested in.

Your auction looks fine.

What alot of people don't know is that 9 times out of 10, there is someone looking to buy your product, but they are waiting to bid. Once the end date hits, then the bis will come, normally an hour or so before the auction ends.

So don't fret, you still have time.

Also, a suggestion.

Instead of just the one pic, take more. Take pics of the knife from all sides, a closer one of the box, etc., more people will be willing to look at alot of the pics, rather than just one.

Be a little more detailed in your description, tell how old the knife is, where you acquired it, how long it is in inches, etc., that way people get a feel for your item, and know the history behind it.

Yep...........I have ordered and sold lots of things on ebay and I can tell you that MOST of the time you won't get a bid or even 'watchers' until the last 24-36 hours.

And you won't see much bidding until the last few hours........then the last few minutes :) Everybody (me included) likes to leave the price as low as possible, then try to get your bid in at the last possible time.

Good luck!
