Feeding an EPI dog

I just adopted out a dog that had been having some issues with food, and it has turned out that he has pancreatic insufficiency. What are some foods that work well with this, what should be avoided? He'll be on the OTC enzyme replacement, it looks like - doesn't need the Rx stuff. He is an eighteen month old BC/Pyrenees mix.

Also, does anyone know of an online community for EPI dogs?

I don't know anything about the illness, but I noticed that one of the products on http://www.greentripe.com/ is aimed at dogs with pancreatic problems. Perhaps that is something to look into?

And even though your dog isn't a GSD you might poke around http://www.germanshepherds.com/ since it's sadly so prevalent in GSDs there are a number of folks there that have EPI dogs.
