A simple trick of Caleb's that everyone got a kick out of was "head down". It's just that- he would put his head down when I told him to.

Holly takes a corner of a blanket and then rolls herself into it! The trick command is "burrito". That's the cutest in my opinion! She also "smiles" and blows bubbles which I love... A real crowd pleaser is when I roll a hula hoop and she runs through it while it's moving :)

My favorites are the useful ones. Finds, object differentiation, retrieves, closing doors, throwing trash away, getting the light, etc.

I don't have a video of it but we have a silly little routine where he does a rolling dive through a hula hoop, retrieves the hoop and then does a high jump through it, which is fun.

I also think perch work is really neat, although we're still learning on that front. Paw-crossing gets a good response from other people.

I reaallllly love wall rebounds, but am still trying to find a board sturdy enough for training him with that I won't have to spend too much money on. Body rebounds and stalls are cool but he's big enough and I'm small enough that I ain't even courageous enough to try. :rofl1:

Those useful "tricks" were so much a part of my day to day life with Caleb that I didn't even think of them as tricks. Those are definitely my favorites- helping with the laundry, taking out the garbage & recycling, picking up after Rally run this, bringing me my slippers, picking up dropped items, etc.

Sorry in advance for FB pictures.
"Chin" is definitely a favorite. She can perform it in a down on the ground, on my knees in a sit, and in my hand.

"Bow" is friggen adorable. "Crawl" is also friggen adorable.

I love that "Sit Pretty" is super cute and is also core/balance work.

I taught him to speak. Then when he got to where he wanted to bark, I changed it to "shhh, whisper". Only I whispered that to him and softened my voice and I rewarded him as he got quieter and quieter, and I got quieter and quieter. It took maybe 10 minutes to teach it. I can also mouth it with just a hint of sound and he is equally as quiet.

I will see if I can video it for you. He hates pictures and when you pull up a phone to video, he will suddenly act like he is being beaten and tortured.

He also does a very impressive Play Dead. And a 160 lb dog playing dead (he does it in slow motion, Danes are not fast at anything) is hilarious. He is getting older now but he doesnt seem to be any slower.
