it's poppys birthday on sunday (shes 3) and he other day we went and got her loads of prezzys, we got her a massave bone, some jum bones, a soft toy, lots of treats and a rawhide hoop (she loves them) im going to the park with her when she goes swimming so i'll get loads of pics! what do you get your dogs for their birthdays?

Happy early Birthday Poppy! Sounds like you have lots of good presents for her.

Sadie is only 4 1/2 months old, but my on my cats birthday I always get them a new toy and a special treat. I usually only get them 1 toy only because stores just do not have good cat toys. In fact some of them are dangerous (Patchie almost choked on a "little mouse". I threw them all in the garbarge). But they love treats, so I make sure they get their favorite. And of course lots of hugs and kisses.

We do basically the same thing you do. We buy their favorite things. Only difference is that each of our dogs get 3 birthdays every year because we can't buy new toys and bones for only one.

On Binn's Birthday there's a parade just for him, and whole bunch of Irish dancing and green beer for everyone

Binn was born on St. Patricks Day

There is a bakery out her called "Ma and Paws". THey get a puppy pizza with there name and age spelled out in bones...It's pretty cool. And then I always take them to their favorite place - anywhere there is water!

We usually buy our critters some new treats and toys on their b-days. We went so far as to make a doggie birthday cake one year. We found the recipe online and made it for my parent's sheltie's first b-day. We also make cakes for the horses for their birthdays and for christmas.
