My lil Mango girl is with my boyfriend for a week as i'm not feeling well. He told me today she fell down the stairs that linked the hall to the bedrooms (its the kind of spiral staircase). He say she's still running about and seems ok but i'm worried c'os he's not me who is uptight on the tiniest problem that happens to her. I asked if he checked her legs, ribs n such to see if she lets him, he says he did check and its ok...I'm still worried, and she is 1 hr train ride away to get to her and i really dun have the energy to do that atm.
Should I get her to the vet when he bring her back on Friday?

If she's not showing any outward signs of hurting, and she's letting him touch her and flex her limbs, I think she's probably ok. I wouldn't take her to the vet unless she starts acting like she's in pain.

well he's not that experienced with dogs, his own family dog is like well, eats anything, farts like mad, dun think she had even showered for ages. Yes that dog looks healthy and seems well taken care of by her parents but still not to my standard of being a good owner. So i'm definately worried as he told me she stole kibbles (those cheap 50lbs for EUR20 kind with lotsa of grains n stuff) from her. I did packed her usually raw and even made her vegs & apples (1 week worth of food) to bring along wif him to feed her but well dogs, they will eat anything.
I'm so worried :(

wow...
well maybe your bf doesnt make fresh veggies and apples and all (which is soo good by the way:))..but he seems to take pretty good care of his dog from what you said..im sure he'll be fine.. i would only be concerned if he said he was wimpering and in pain..

Dogs are usually pretty resiliant. Sawyer gave me a scare earlier this summer when he went tumbling down the deck stairs at high speed and almost rolled off the concrete steps at the bottom as well. So long as he doesn't notice any limping or soreness, your dog is probably fine.

I'm not a nutrition expert, but a couple of kibbles here and there really shouldn't make a difference.
