My kids each had a Giga Pet until I smashed them all LOL Let me explain. They would go to bed and leave the darn things downstairs. At like 10 pm the three of them were going off and I'd have to go figure out what they needed. I'd play with them, feed them until the darn things shut up. I was like geeeesh! Then one by one broke or something and made this nonstop whining sound. Batteries were probably going. So I took them out to the garage and smashed them with a hammer. I tried just throwing them away but you could still hear them from inside the trashbag!
There were pets you would take care of. Feed them, take of them when they get sick ect. Thing is when they're hungry or ect, they would let you know, and you'll get in trouble in class if they went off, lol like how cell phones are now. People use to collect them. They had a clip on so they could be part of your already jiggly keychain. I had a dalmatian

I miss him , battery died.lol pogs are little pieces of stiff cardboard cut in a circle with a picture on one side, and what you would do is you would take a "Slammer" often made out of metal or plastic and thicker, you would stack your pogs up and each person would take hits at the stack of pogs, whatever ones showed up picture first you got to keep, taking turns at hitting the stack of pogs with your slammer. It was very popular and I wouldnt be suprised if it showed up again in the next 10 years

Geez, furbies and gigapets! Remember when furbies first came out and everyone was going nutty over getting a furby!?
Ooooh, oooh, and another one...remember the snap bracelets?!?! Where you would wear about twenty of them up your arm! Tight rolling your jeans...wearing stretch pants and like 10 pairs of neon socks with your high top sneakers? LOL Oh man...the 80's and 90's were great!!
Oh, and Skip It's! I had about 4 of them, I loved them dearly! Remember super soakers? We always used to have water wars in the neighborhood growing up, with our super soakers. lol good times, good times!
