dachshund was almost trained - now seems hopeless

As long as he is allowed to have accidents, he has no reason to stop going in the house!

Do NOT give him the chance to go to the bathroom inside!!!

We take him out every 90 minutes to 2 hours.... How much more frequently can I take him for walks and still live a productive life?

Put him in the crate if you can't take him outside.
