cell phone help

Okay, I'm not even sure what model I have because I can't remember. It's a verizon touch screen phone. I want to say it's a glide or maybe a glider I just wanted to know if anyone else had this phone and if they like it. Mine is starting to drive me crazy.. almost to the point of regretting getting the touch screen. It is either too sensitive or not sensitive enough. I'll press one thing and it activates something I didn't even touch...grrrr.

And why can't i transfer my camera pics to my laptop? I've tried and tried and I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I guess I need to see if I can find my manual that came with the phone.

I have the Samsung Glyde, it sounds like the one you have. To be honest it drives me crazy! It does the same things you are describing.

How long ago did you get it? You know you have 30 days to exchange it for a different model as long as it is in like new condition. I waited more than 30 days so I'm stuck. Blah!

I've had it a while and it is a samsung glide. I hate it, and I'm stuck with it...grrrr. I loved the idea of having the touch screen, but I had no idea that it would be such a pain. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to hit the "back" button and it thinks I'm hitting the "options" button and I almost erase all my contacts!! I swear this phone has a mind of it's own.

Are you able to upload pics from your phone to your computer? I have some pics on my phone that I really want to get onto my computer.

I haven't tried uploading pics yet. I will try later and let you know if it works.

I hate the lock feature, how if it's not on you can hang up on people, erase messages, etc. You definetly cant dial by feel, you have to be looking at the darn thing the whole time, and then you press a button and it will pull up the button next to what you want.My screen has gone white a couple times now but turning it off then on fixes that.

I really like the internet on it tho, and it makes it very easy to text once you learn the keyboard. But I was sooo excited to get a touch screen. Humph!

I hate that it takes so many steps to send a text or pic to one of your contacts and that there's no redial option. Overall I hate this phone. And do you know how many times I've accidently called someone when I was TRYING to scroll down my contacts!
