Bumpy, swollen nose

My 2 y/o GSD has a swollen and bumpy nose. We just noticed it a few hours ago...why do these things happen late on the weekend when I can't call the vet? Her eyes are swollen, too, one eye more so than the other. I'm going to call her vet tomorrow and I gave her benadryl. Have any of you had a pup with these symptoms? I'm worried about her. :-(

Sounds like she got bit by a bee or something. This has happened to us too. The Benedryl definitely worked. How is she doing this morning?

We ended up in the vet ER at 3 AM! Her whole body started to swell and I got worried that her throat would close. They gave her an injection and today she is back to normal. It was scary how fast the swelling took over her whole body. We think she reacted to a new carpet cleaner I used.
