Are vegetables ok?

I was just wondering if I could feed Pom Pom vegetables? Are they healthy for 9 week old puppies? What are the healthiest people food for puppies? And also does anyone know any good food for dogs? Is puppy food and dog food the same thing? Because tomorrow my mum's friend is going to bring her 2 dogs to our house for a few weeks (They are about 1 year and a bit). Any help will be appreciated.

Vegetables are healthy.

Read the stickies in the food forum for things you should avoid. Low fat, no sugar, no salt people foods are fine for dogs.

Veggies are ok but don't feed too much and do not feed things like tomatoes; grapes; onions ect....greenbeans are safe and Wrigley really likes them when I make them!

Some of the brands of food you will see mentioned here a lot are Canidae, Innova, Ealge Pack, California Naturals, Timberwolf ect....

Some foods are "all life stages" meaning they are all right to be fed to all ages and some are not--you just have to do your research.
