Anybody think they know what this is?

Hello,
I keep getting headaches in one spot on my head towards the back on the right upper side, nausea, I could not eat the whole day and never get hungry, I have lost 10lbs., I cannot think sometimes, I forget things really easily, sometimes if I am looking at people or anything I can't see good and it goods blurry sometimes, I lose balance sometimes when I am just standing, back hurts really bad, I have had no congestion problems, I have had one bump on my upper neck (its feels like a lymphnod), also, I have been so tired even if I get 10 hours of sleep I still could go to bed anytime during the day (this is especially unlike me). All of these symptoms I have never had until about a month ago.
If anyone thinks they know what this could be, Please let me know
I am going to go to the doctor tommorow.

so happy you are going to the doc!! hope you feel better fast. I think those symptoms could be many things, and only a doc would know and be able to help. ((hugs))

You need to get in to a doc and fast. If it gets any worse, have someone take you in to the ER quick. It may be nothing more than migraines, but it may be something serious also. Don't blow off the appt tomorrow, even if you start feeling better.

I'm so glad that you're going to the Dr soon!!!!!!!!!!!!! Headaches can cause many of the symptoms that you describe. It's best to get checked out though. Good luck!

I went to the doctor on Friday, they did bloodwork and it was a new doctor, so they did a physical and found out by checking my pulse that I have a skipped heart beat between 4 and 5 and sometimes between 3 and 4, so that can cause some minor problems. The doctor didn't work on the weekend and was out of work today,so I probably won't find out the results until tommorow, so I will let you all know!

Got the bloodwork back, it is normal except the bladder.
I can't remember what they called it, it was something like the reuben?
But, they are checking it again in a month.

they think it may be a virus and my allergies just acting up. Yes, I am feeling better. They said the bloodwork could be abnormal from a virus.
