Okay. well domino is a really smart dalmatian border collie mix. hes 11-12 weeks old. heres the thing, he yelps likes hes getting murdered! example : i go to pick him up and hes okay but when he gets in trouble i tell him no and then go pick him up to put him in the kennel he starts yelping...
