I adopted Sami in 1997. My friends had told me about her because she had been abandoned by their neighbors. The first time I saw her, we got along and she immediately jumped into the back seat of my car and looked at me as if she was saying, "let's go!".
Sami died of ITP in November 2004.
We miss you, Sami.
