We have 4 dogs--3 are shih tzus & Santa Suzie. It is hard to part with them, but they all have gone to families usually with 2 or 3 kids & one other dog. Letting them go to the wonderful families who have adopted them has enriched the lifes of the parents and the kids so that it makes it very rewarding doing "little Doggie Foster Care." These pictures are of our Foster puppies who would have died of parvo, coccidiosis, hookworm, whipworm, tape worm, kennel cough, etc or would be abused in homes who didn't know how to deal with a puppy. It takes about 2 weeks to doctor, socialize, and build their health & confidence so they are ready to go to their new homes. We work with Hearts 4 Animals rescue and the lady who started it is Great to work with. She makes sure we have Everything we need when we need it to vet, feed, and take care of the puppies.
