You need to change the layers first through Photoshop, and then create the frames through Image Ready. It's really hard to explain, though.

im having touble. I have it animated in Image Ready, but when I try to save it I dont have any other otions other than a PSD document. I thought I needed it to be a GIF?

ok well, here is my first animation... I know it isnt all that great. But I was more focused on getting it to animate and make sure i did it right than colors and stuff.



Im going to practice up and get good :) Thanks for helping me out Jessie :)
