Marshals has a bunch of Hurtta stuff right now as well.

I ordered mine from Euro Dog Desings for $13 each, as my local Marshals didn't have the sizes I need. I may never get them though, as it appears they oversold well past what they had in stock, and pre-sold coats based on more shipments they hadn't received yet. Now it sounds like they don't know if they'll be filling all the orders or not so I'm stuck wondering if I have two coats coming or not. If I don't, I'd like to know so I can get them elsewhere before it gets cold here or there are no more coats available anywhere. I was hoping they'd have things sorted by now. /impatient

Keeda is the only one who needs winter wear. She has a red hurtta jacket and she had a green one but someone got wood glue all over it. Grrrrrr.

I'm thinking of getting her PJs for the house. Any favorite brands?

Mick and Murph don't need coats; probably wouldn't know what to do if I put one on. This is typical Murphy behavior when it's cold.

Riley, on the other hand, has more coats than I do, but he's hard on them. He has the Chilly Dog winter coat but managed to break one of the buckles. It also tends to slide sideways on him, which is annoying.

Also have the Ruffwear Cloudchaser, although I had to modify it so he didn't wind up peeing inside the jacket. The medium was too small and the large a bit loose and a little long underneath. I bought him the Climate Changer fleece when he was a yearling, but he's outgrown that.

Current coat is the WeatherBeeta horse blanket style with a chest/belly protector. I also have a WeatherBeeta horse blanket style fleece for him when it's a little chilly. It fits well under the winter coats when I need to double-coat.

Have an older horse blanket style coat I bought from our local feed store, it's an 'off' brand but it's held up better than some of his more expensive coats. It's only problem is it's not that insulated so it's okay for the 30s but not really frigid days or being out for long periods of time.

Luce has a wardrobe of Fido Fleeces. She lives in fleece from, oh, October through April anymore. Old dog gets cold quickly.

Ham has a couple Fido Fleeces and a red water-resistant Hurtta which doesn't fit him very well.

And then I have a couple of horse-blanket type coats (one is Foggy Mountain, the others were locally made). The Border Collies get cold sitting around at flyball tournaments during the winter, and they sometimes spend a lot of time in the car, so I do put coats on them. Steve doesn't have much coat or much body fat so when he's out in the cold but not moving he does need some insulation.

I have this for Romeo and he won't walk down the stairs with the leg straps on. If I take the leg straps off, the coat comes off over his head when he goes down the stairs :p. It's too stiff.

Maddie has a blue Hurtta coat, if it gets cold enough.
Just picked his coat up for Tango at TJ Maxx for $10! He also has another fleece lined jacked and a fleece lined vest. There are, of course, a variety of fleece jackets but I think I'll probably pick up a snowsuit type rig now that we live where it snows!

Oh snap... I'm definitely swinging by my TJMaxx tomorrow to see if we have any here...

Our coats are really just windbreakers more than anything else. Everybody has a lot of coat so the cold itself isn't a huge deal. Georgie is the most affected because she is the smallest/lightest and also has the least amount of coat. Just this year we had the first time Auggie was actually physically cold and I just put his sweater on him and he was a-okay. It might be an issue the older he gets, but for now we really just need something to be a bit of a shield when the wind gets bitterly cold and ridiculously blowy.

Auggie's is this skull thing with a hood:

Pepper has this very stylish brown pleather one with a cheetah print ruff:

Payton, of course... has the snowsuit:

Best. purchase. ever.

Guys look at how little.

OMG.

And Georgie has this cute sherpa-type lined one:

It was a PetSmart buy. I think that skull coat might have possibly come from Wal-Mart, does that sound right..? But otherwise they are all from PetSmart. I don't need anything fancy and PetSmart frequently does 50% off their sweaters and coats, so I just buy something cute and cheap LOL. Payton's was the most expensive, it was $35 before sale price but I just HAD to have it. It reminds me of the snowsuits my sister and I would wear in the 80's. And I mean look at it on him. HAD TO HAVE IT.

I'm pretty positive I had a similar snowsuit in the 90's lollol. I def need to find Jax a snowsuit of sorts, pronto. And yep pretty sure the skull one came from Walmart. I love the SimplyDog line they sell there.

I feel like my TJMaxx's never have the dog stuff that everyone else always talks about. I mean they have a nice dog section but the apparel and harnesses and collars aren't always the greatest selection that I hear others talk about.

pretty sure I need a 13" or a 14" in the hurtta jacket, if anyone finds one, let me know I'll buy it from you! haha.

I'm going to go check our local stores tomorrow tho.

I'm about to go to Marshalls and see what they have :). Unfortunately there isn't a TJMaxx over that way. The one place on earth that doesn't have a TJMaxx next to a Marshalls.

I'm going to check the Marshall's on my way home from work today. The closest TJ Maxx is an hour away, so apparently there are at least two places on earth.

How much does Jackson weigh? I actually picked up the 30cm/12" for Tango and it's a little long on him but he's shaped like a mini sighthound so it's ok in other places.
