Definitely NOT trying to change your mind because I am not one of those women that are like "ALL women should have babies!!!!" lol
But I think you would make a GREAT mom. With all your bubbly, happy go lucky, awesomeness, you would make a fantastic mom. But I am basing that off of what I know about you through here, I don't know you know you so I can't say much more.
But if being a mom doesn't work, Aunt Fran is a close second

but I plan on having a busy high power career. Chances are, if family history and boyfriend history are anything to go by.. I will marry/settle down with someone with a busy career.
I've always been driven I love school and I love pushing myself to work harder, throwing myself 100% in my work and anything that gets in my way..I resent. I like to move around, I love to travel A LOT and sometimes on short notice lol, I like my space, I have a compulsive need for order and neatness, I will only live in big cities, I have expensive hobbies and most of all, I treasure my freedom.. and all these things together..aren't exactly conducive to children.
I find my joy in work, in school, in dogs, in my passions, in books, in travel.. I just don't feel like I WANT a child, so I figure..why not leave it to people who do? lol it's not like the world is underpopulated :rofl1: I just.. don't consider the end product worth all the sacrifice. Babies change lives..and for some people, it's a blessing, but for me personally, those aren't changes I'd want to make. The time, the money, the sacrifice.. the cons just outweigh the pros in my head, by a long shot. And I know if I truly wanted children, they wouldn't. So I figure, that means I don't truly want kids.
Great god-mother material? Yup. LOL I love my god-son with every fiber of my being. I used to sit in his room and watch him sleep.. I read harry potter to him when he was a baby til my throat was sore, and talk to him on skype every weekend since his vocabulary was nothing more than "AGAH" and "MOOMOOCOWWW" lol
but I think a DINKY life is in my future more than likely.

This is not hijacking. This is posting baby pictures in a thread about babies. Look at all the other indepth stuff we have been discussing. So keep it coming. I am heading to bed but can't wait to see more pictures in the morning. The pictures are helping with my impatience for having Nico to cuddle.
my newborns have all found a temporary home for after shes done with them. My friend isnt finding out what shes having or having ANY ultrasounds so we have NOOO clue what size baby to expect. My job for birthday is keep their daughter entertained and to pick the first diaper in the correct size LOL.

I just wanted to pop in and say that I'm surprised to see so many reusable diapers. I've never known anyone to use them (unless you count my grandparents) and was thinking about using them for my future children. What do you all think of them? Are they easier to use? Harder? Sorry to hijack the thread! I'm just super curious about this!
