Will be taking a break!!!!!

I will be taking a break for a while. Last night my husband suffered a heart attack and is now in the hospital. My step son flies in tomorrow and I will pick him up from the airport in the morning. They are running many many tests on Dwight as they are not sure as to what caused this heart attack though pleminary test show his arteries in his neck are blocked. I will keep you posted and please just say a silent prayer....Thanks

Hi guys, took a minute to see how all is doing. We will find out alot more today as they are doing the last test a MRI. They have done a CAT scan, a scan of his heart and neck a swallow test and a EEG and is on a telementary machine (EKG) to consistanly monitor his heart. He developed a high fever last night so we are a bit concerned about that. I will keep you up to date as we find out what is going on. Thanks all for such well wishes, as it puts a smile on my face and a warm feeling in my heart.

Update

Well yesterday proved to be a really crappy day. Dwight spiked a fever the nght before and they cant control it. The blood work showed non signs of infection which is good, but he is just feverish and pukey. They are taking him down today for a stress test on his heart. They are also concerned about the possiblity of seizure activity. Will let you know how the tests go...

Update

Well the stress test was put on hold due to his fever, which we did find out was pneomonia probably caused by him swallowing either the water from the shower when he collapsed or his secretions which got into his lungs. They are hoping to do the stress test tomorrow so they will be able to better determine what is going on....
