I like one dipped in ketchup, the next one dipped in tarter sauce. I don't usually put vinegar on fries because it makes them soggy. But I love malt vinegar on deep fried or breaded fish and even a very thin bit of tarter on the fish. Trying to cut out some of that extra fat since trying to lose weight, on baked fish, I sometimes put sweet pickle relish to dip it in instead of tarter sauce...just the relish and that tastes pretty good too.
