These are so sweet!

Arnold: He's my go-to stable dog. There is no guessing with him, we move as one, he's so in tune and epically forgiving. He's happy and so open to learning.

Shamoo: She is the quintessential bulldog. She is unstoppably sweet, driven, and pushy. She's also the cutest old pit bull, ever.

Sloan: Brilliant jack of all trades in a sexy little package. She plays hard and snuggles harder. She's almost perfection.

Backup: Oh the comedy, this dog is nonstop hilarity. He is balls to the walls and takes no caution, "will do" is redefined in this dog. He's a shockingly honest dog as well, he is rarely one to challenge the rules like little trouble over there(Sloan). He's also stabilizing a lot lately in social settings and seems to be more open to brain games. It is rounding him out to be a true gem.

I have good dogs, I think somedays they could benefit from sedatives but, hey, imperfection is beautiful. ;)

Saga: She's SO SO SO stable with people of all ages and sizes. She is an awesome cuddler, but demure about it. She is utterly a momma's girl.

Nico: What can I say? I love virtually everything about this dog. He's down for whatever I want to do. He'll try anything for me and picks stuff up as quickly as I can teach it. He does everything full bore, be it playing or cuddling. While Saga isn't pushy about cuddling, I have woken up to Nico literally sleeping ON me.

T-bone is the perfect package for me. She's a little Terrior sh1thead sometimes, but she's also incredibly sweet and so so funny. I can usually not be mad at her because she'll make me laugh if she does something bad anyway.

She's so driven. She does not stop and will go go go if you ask her, too. But if needed, she can snuggle a whole day and be perfectly content or occupy herself with a stuffed toy or her antler.

She's solid with all kind of people and will bring a smile to anyone's face.

I love how darn smart Foxy is. She figures things out SO quickly when I train her! I can see her little brain working and when she gets that 'aha!' moment she looks so proud of herself :)

I also love how much she loves me. Even when she was at the shelter and was terrified of most people she would literally jump for joy when ever she saw me! If anyone else walked by her kennel she would hide in the back and growl, but if I walked by she would be right up at the front all wiggly and adorable. She picked me from day 1, it just took me a few weeks to realize it!

I love this thread.

Murphy - I love how chill he is. He just kicks back and watches everyone else do their thing and when he wants to join in he does. The way I get to snuggle him when no one else can. The way he ruins his dignity with butt scrunches. His never ending tolerance for his horrible harem is entertaining and much appreciated.

Mu - The main things I love about her are also the things that **** me off. Lol. Her intensity, her certainty that HER WAY IS THE ONLY WAY, her adherence to a strict rule set, her unwillingness to let anyone get away with anything. Things I love that don't make me mad: her smarts, her cuddles, her ridiculous "smash my head into the ground when I'm bored behavior", her tendency to check on me every ten minutes just to make sure I'm still there. The way she trusts me above anyone and anything else in this entire world, even when she knows I might do something she doesn't like.

Tipper - The sass. Oh I do love her sass, even when I want to strangle her for it. The fact that there is no such thing as a bad mood in Tipperland. The snuggles. The way she is perfectly willing to play by herself if no one wants to play with her.

Harlow- She's just such a solid dog. I can take her anywhere, do anything to her and she's just awesome. She's also freaking hilarious and thrives off making people smile.

Rider- He's just a big sweetie and wants to please you ALL. THE. TIME. and I love that about him. He's such a blast to train and I love his little pogo-stick, fun police self. He's really coming around to be a fantastic dog.

Okay, okay, so this is what I love about Payton.
I love that he makes me laugh. There is definitely a "silly" gene in these lines and he got it. His parrot impressions in the morning, as annoying as they can be when I would like to roll over and I can't because I have a dog sprawling on my back, are funny and cute.
I love that whenever he DOES stop moving he is a snugglebunny. Cuddles and kisses are typical. He is the sweetest little guy, without the extra side of "jerk" like Auggie has.
And while it's certainly not pleasant to have him wandering through my house doing it, or standing outside the house asking to be let in by doing it, or shut in the other room doing it while I'm trying to teach a training class... I love his singing. It his hysterical and I would even like to put it on a cue. Every time he sings I laugh. Even if it's totally inappropriate.

I went away for a week, and Elsie got almost no exercise/work.

I came back, immediately started classes and got a bad headcold. Yesterday I went to a museum. So for two weeks, she's done nothing.

Despite that, she's curled up in the crook of my arm while I play on my laptop. I've never felt so sure a dog loves me before.

I love Tucker's playful, fun attitude. And how when you tell him he's being naughty he pauses while scanning the room and then runs and gets a toy and says "no I'm not, I'm playing with my toy, see?" and then you just have to play tug with him.

I love that he is so responsive, he always looks like he is trying so hard to understand exactly what you're saying, head cocking back and forth as he intently stares at your face.

I love how sweet he is with the people he trusts. He gets on your lap and puts his paws on your chest and hangs his head so the top of his head leans on your chin. He eventually collapses. And he loves his "hard core" snuggle sessions where he asks you to flip him over on his back and rub down his belly and chest. It never fails to put a smile on your face.

This thread is fantastic.

Cricket - what don't I love about her? She is my heart. I love the connection between us - she is so keyed in to me. I love how rock solid she is around people - she is so gentle and patient, especially with little kids. Young kids have grabbed her in flying hugs before, and she will just stand there and nuzzle them. She is very dependable - a go anywhere/do anything dog. I love how she is content to nap and cuddle all day, but is ready to jump up and go at a moment's notice. I love how bouncy and athletic she is, how responsive and intelligent she is, and how seriously she takes training. I love watching her chase after a lure. I love our long walks off-leash. I also think that she's super pretty, and a great photography model to boot.

Journey - I love how silly she is. Everything is a big game for her, and she gets so much enjoyment out of everything she does. She's just a very happy dog. I love how attached and tuned in she is to my sister, and how eager she is to work with her. I love her speed on the agility course, even if it gets her into trouble sometimes. I like her independent streak - it makes me laugh. I love her ability to get along with just about every dog, and how polite she is. I love her great bouncing leaps in the air when someone comes home, and her "roo-roo"s when she gets excited.

Newton - Newton is so much fun. I love how sweet, sweet, sweet he is - moreso than either of the girls. He is always happy to see you, even if you've just been upstairs for five minutes. I love how much he loves people, and how he will gently put his front paws in someone's lap to be petted. I love how much he loves tugging. I love that he loves training and picks things up so quickly. I love his energy - up for anything.
