I've kinda hit a wall. It is really weird.
I haven't changed much in what I eat, but I weighed today and had gained a couple pounds. I haven't been able to hit the gym in at least a week, but I've still been walking Harleigh and have added in swimming. Huh.
I do know that I need to start upping my veggie and fruit intake again. Ever since the semester got out I haven't been eating enough of those.
I don't feel like I've gained any weight, actually thought I had lost some. Oh well, lol. Heading to the gym now... trying to get back into my routine!
