My dad took a million pictures of Watson over Thanksgiving and Christmas, and here are some of my favorites. Enjoy!

Mom said we were going to a dog show before Thanksgiving which meant I had to get a bath.

I hate baths.

But I love to be clean!

Then she groomed me so I would be pretty for the big show.

But I was more interested in looking out the window for squirrels.

Then I ran around

Occasionally I stopped to look pretty

But then I ran around again.

Mom tried to get me to use the slide ...

But I wanted to jump instead

Absolutely gorgeous shots ..some of them are above& beyond from a technical standpoint. I love the ones of him curled on the couch& watching for squirrels. All of them are pretty awesome though :)

Thanks! My dad will be really pleased to hear that. He's been working on his photography skills for years and I think he's getting pretty good. My mom wants him to retire and start a pet photography business. Haha

Love love love Watson!

How did you guys do at the show?
Thanks!

We didn't do anything at the show. There was only one other class dog who beat us both days and he was pretty nice. I think Watson was equally nice, but the first day I did a terrible job showing him, and the second day he did a terrible job showing himself. I don't think the judge appreciated Watson trying to leap on him for pets every time we got close. :rofl1: It was tough because we usually walk him a lot around the grounds before a show to work off the wildness, but it was so cold we had to stay inside where it was chaotic.

Very true!

We were in a show once where we competed against another Welshie named Watson. I guess the name fits them.
We were taking a recent agility class and there was another dog named Watson :)

So we had Watson the basenji and Watson the collie mix...

It is a good name.

There is a Vizsla pup around here also named Watson ..must be getting to be a popular pick!!
We have a decent number of vizslak around here and saw one yesterday running through the woods while her owner was mountain biking. I thought of Penny! She must have been cold though - it was 14F and even Watson was a little chilly by the end.
