wowza that made me dizzy... pretty awesome video though I'm sure the dog probably sees it just a tadly bit different when you count the peripherals in. But... that's so awesome. I've always been curious what the course looks like to a dog when they're running it.

My instructor had us all watch a video like that when we started working handling skills, to point out how quickly they have to make decisions and the importance of early cues.

The weaves make me dizzy every time I see something like that!!!

I find it so neat. A friend of mine and I were talking about it, and she was like "Notice how we NEVER see the handler's shoulders or hand signals?" And it's strange, the dog MUST be looking up at the handler, but he doesn't even move his head to look up, since the camera doesn't move. I think it would be neat to find a way to actually get what the dog SEES (though I know that's not possible) since they must be very subtle looks to be moving that quickly.

Also, notice how closely the dog comes to taking the trick jump there, right before the tunnel?

I just love this video. So cool. Wish I could get my hands on a camera like that to see what PSYCHE sees when running with me.

Yeah, Auggie's breeder and I watched this before and thought it would be cool to put the camera on our dogs. I think individual dogs look at different things. If you put one on Auggie's head, at least at some point I bet he would be like "hmm hmm hmm, where is the dog walk??" LOL

Hah. I'm fairly certain if you put one on Psyche you'd find her actually tilting her head up towards me more. As for Zoey, you'd be getting really sea sick with all the wiggling she'd be doing when she ran off from me!
