I'm afraid that the population of the US get a very biased view on the Iraq situation as alot of their news channels are controlled and screened by the government. This is pure propaganda (sp?) As I live in a neutral country we get the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth! It is a sorry state of affairs over there!!

This war will never be resolved, IMO it is akin to another Vietnam.

I hope for the Iraqi people this isnt another Vietnam, they have been through enough.

To be honest, none of us know exactly how much information is actually altered, or omitted, I do know that we get alot more of the picture than the USA does, just by reading the news sites etc. France has no reason to leave out information because they have stayed (smugly) neutral.
