It varies, but for Plantation grown Balsams (Most all are close for growth times, however I am familiar with Balsams, LOL) about 5 or 6 years, 12 to 14 for natural seeded trees. My Dads lots are all natural seeded with seed trees throughout his lot, he takes 2500 plus trees from his lots every year, and you can't tell one was cut as they are all at various stages. It also means (because he has to thin for growth, so he tags the ones that need thinning and cuts them at Christmas) that he gets these cute little "Table Top" Trees that are as small as 2 feet tall. They are super popular for seniors and kids rooms...

Likely more info than you wanted, LOL

NO that is really neat. I always wondered how long it took for them to grow that size as we pass a christmas tree farm here on the way to harrisburg and you see them in all stages.

the table top trees is a neat idea

Yeah and now I'm going through it all again to figure out what I want to buy my sister in law for Christmas! lol. the first time I was just admiring without a real purpose. Someday I'm going to buy myself a pair of those sapphire eyes earrings that I had given my bridesmaids. they are so pretty. sadly I have trouble spending money on myself. Maybe I'll get Justin to buy them for me. (From the same bank account but it's different if it's a present ;))

WOW Sparks...Last time I checked you have like six items on etsy, I can't believe it's been a year. I am definitely going to order some stuff from you for christmas.

I'm going to be selling jewelery on etsy within the next few weeks...but it's animal jewelery. Little clay animals I'm making into beads and putting on earrings and necklaces.

I will do special requests for favorite animals so let me know, or if you just have any general suggestions :)
