Holy crap.

I got a sushi roll, soup, roll, General Tso's Chicken, and they gave me rice, tempura veggies, crab ragoon and a piece of cake on top of it....

For $20.
Welcome to Kansas. If nothing else, prices are good ;)

I didn't know you were coming through Kansas! First Nolu, then you...I mean, not that I could have made it to Topeka anyway, but still!

Aaaaaand DONE.

So much for having any kind of weekend, but I am DONE DONE DONE with everything I had to get done this weekend, plus about sixty other things that popped up along the way.

Time for a long shower and then some alcohol.

And this is totally the song Winamp picked to shuffle when I finished up:

6 dogs, and 2 cats in one house is a lot! At least it's always entertaining :p

3 of those dogs and 1 cat are under 1 year old too! :yikes: The crazy never ends.

Siri is doing awesome with the dremel. She really doesn't give a crap, as long as she is getting canned food shoveled into her face :)

She is reacting so much better to the dremel than she did to the clippers. I was worried we were going to have another Frodo on our hands when it came to foot care.

And she has pretty little dremel nails. I LOVE clean dremeled nails <3

Worked an 11 hour day, my head hurts, and I have homework I have to do...

...but Mike is making dinner. Thank you, God.

I spent over two hours at the vet today, most of that was just waiting around...but both dogs had physicals, heartworm tests and titers and Bear had additional bloodwork done. Left with heartworm/flea and tick preventatives and the 3 different medications that Bear takes daily all for $150.

Annnd Bear wasn't an asshat when another dog came into the waiting room and kept staring at him. He got grumbly for a second then listened when I told him to down and leave it. We had to walk right towards the same dog after we got outside to go back to the car and Bear didn't react at all.

I did strength training and calisthetics for the first time in forever and it felt great. Definitely going to be doing that more often. :) Also got 80/80 (maximum) on the sit up endurance test! :D

Todays been a good day in general.

It is 4am and I cannot get to sleep because my asthma is acting up, likely because my mom was sanding the stairs yesterday.

I'm dragging but the count down has begun. 2.5 hrs, 1 day, and another half day then we're off for the weekend to Redmond and Xtreme air dock jumping.

Trying to stay positive.

Got an awesome compliment from one of the head trainers tonight at a group class we're teaching. I've kind of taken over one of the students in a CGC one class with a very reactive dog who cannot be IN our classroom or we can't hear because she's screaming all the time.

ANYWAY... I've been helping them separately, mostly because I've dealt with a lot of dog-dog behavior and a TON of reactivity in my own dogs already and the head trainer doesn't have a lot of hands on experience with it.

So as we're walking out after class she told me I was doing a really awesome job already and worked them through a lot for only being with the training company for a short while and that the progress I made with Frag was so astounding that she knew I would be an invaluable asset to the group. :) Made my **** night to hear someone tell me how better Frag has gotten, and that I'm doing a good job doing what I love! I get to take complete control of this dog next week and work out my own "reactivity class" agenda... which will include Recon and clickers, so I'm sure he's excited about that.
