OMFG it was like a thirty minute conversation but I think it went really well. He wants me to send him a few things tonight that inspire me so he can get an idea of my design aesthetic outside of my portfolio, and he wants to see some of my videos (LOLOLOL Auggie retirement video here we come!) but.
Fingers crossed.
I think we're rockin' and rollin'.

WOOHOO. Sears gave everyone $10 on their "shop your way rewards card" after Hurricane Sandy and today I redeemed those points at Kmart for some My Little Ponies for Hannah for Christmas. They were on special Buy 2 get 1 free... redeemed my $10's worth in points and paid $4 for three ponies

and then I earned $5 in points from that purchase LOL

so I basically made $1 on Hannah Christmas presents

Sitting on the couch in awesome cosy socks, covered in a warm cosy blanket, watching LOST, dogs chewing on some bones by the couch staying out of trouble, eating goldfish crackers, drinking cream soda...its a good night.

It really is the simple things in life isn't it. I love being curled with a blanket on the couch on a chilly night

My good news is... Almost all my Christmas wrapping is done :)

the symphony orchestra that I live next to is practicing for their christmas concert
which is kind of amazing <3 I LOVE christmas music

I forget (since they so often practice one instrument group at a time..very repetitively and LOUDLY in the early morning hours) how lucky I am to be able to hear them!

Savannahs rash is GONE!!!!!!!!!!

We were in the ER Monday because it was HORRIBLE and NO one would listen. My friend and I had one more trick up our sleeves. WHAT IF she is allergic to soy AND milk based. We were right!!!!
She still has some healing to do but our month long fight is over!



ETA: The without a diaper test was to see if it helped at all and it did because the SECOND she pooped it got wiped off. (Jeremy thought it was poop/food related)

Then the 24 hrs with a diaper completely was to prove it either WAS or wasnt the diapers.
