Looks like we are planning to go back to Disney in December 
We weren't planning on doing a trip until our tenth anniversary because we want to go on a Disney cruise but it looks like we'll be able to afford both Brian mentioned it last night. He said we just can't go two years with no Disney at all and he's been feeling a little down the last few days so planning a trip makes him feel better lol

Limit's evaluation went REALLY well We're joining her Mon night class and she expects we'll be able to compete just fine! I am VERY excited. He was so good. He was a little nervous, even growled/bark when she came up (we were up on a hill in the dark when she approached and turned the lights on). He recovered within minutes. Was taking treats and doing his tricks for her. He did his contact behavior - she was really pleased with him overall and so was I.
I'm going to a "meet the team" thing with the Athens flyball club next Sunday. I won't be able to afford to join their next set of classes, but maybe the one after that.

I mean, I have a pounding headache and I totally puked in my boss' driveway, but all in a day's work.
Had a really constructive conversation about my performance at work and how I need help with things. He listened. I listened. Communication breakthrough. Had a similar attempt at a conversation with other manager that didn't go so well, so it was nice to effectively communicate with someone who can help me about my weaknesses, what I need to improve on, and HOW to teach it to me.
It's nice to feel like someone on my management team finally GETS it and wants to help me.
We'll see on Monday, I guess.
Also I'm home and there is vodka. I'm ourt of things to mix it with so there's vodka with my vodka which I highly recommend.

Aww boo. We'll just miss you. We are heading down to Jupiter, Fl to spend a few days at Thanksgiving with my inlaws and then we'll be at Disney Dec 2-5

And right now, it's a toss up between the Polynesian and Fort Wilderness.
Hooray, think I figured out our moving truck dilemma. Penske offers a military discount, so for the size of truck we'd need we're only looking at about $750. That is much more doable, especially factoring gas into the equation.
Now we just need a place to live. I am SO chomping at the bit. I'M READY TO MOVE ALREADY.

Bill Nye the Science Guy. I don't think a Sunday afternoon gets any cooler than this.
I couldn't really make out just about anything he was saying, although I do know that basically every time he did something he would exclaim "it's not magic, it's SCIENCE."
Of course, for someone this cool, parking was a nightmare and this was (part) of the crowd I had to deal with.
But SO WORTH IT. He had this really dramatic finale where the entire crowd was chanting "BILL! BILL! BILL! BILL!" and then he disappeared in a cloud of dry ice smoke, never to be seen again.
