My mom left me to go see it at 7:00 am. I was so mad, she didn't even wake me up, but thats besides the point. It looks confusing, thats a movie I'll have to see more than once.

Saw it last night

It was pretty over hyped - I never got around to reading the book. I don't like Brown's writing style. I read the first 15 pages or so and it drove me nuts enough that I had to stop reading.

So, I didn't know what happened, but I put it together pretty quick... It's real slow, not to exciting and lacking the intensity that I am told many got from the book.

On it's own, it's a decent enough movie, but far from any Indiana Jones film.

Crazy how people get so sucked in. This movie reminds me of The Passion of The Christ and its controversy and swarms of crowds.

I read the book and thought it was extremely interesting and thought-provoking. Not exactly prize-winning literature, but I found it a good read.

I don't want to see the movie. I enjoyed the book so much; I know I'll be disappointed when the movie doesn't follow suit.

Gempress, that is so true! Movies are never as good as the book!

Ohh... so this movie is like a religious thing?

The plot is actually a mystery. I found it pretty interesting, with a lot of hidden clues and puzzles. The problem is that it the mystery ends up rooted in the Christian religion, and takes some rather "blastphemous" twists and turns. Hence the whole controversy.

I hadn't read the book and heard it was awful.

I liked the movie, but it's not nearly as good as hyped by readers of the book (the storyline is kind of goofy) and not nearly as bad as the good thinkers critics at Cannes wanted you to think.

I say: go if you want 2h30 fun.

Read the book and saw the movie yesterday, Gempress, the book is so much more interesting then the movie. The movie is so slow and lack alot of details the book has.
To be frank, i'm kinda disappointed when the movie end. My boyfriend even fell asleep half way thru the movie!!
