I wasn't sure where to post this, as it's not really photography, so feel free to move it mods if you think somewhere else is better!
Eventually I want to get something relatively small and compact that will take nice, quality videos (of the dogs). Should I look into getting a P&S camera? Or something else specifically made for videos? And if the latter, then what? I do have a video option with my current P&S camera, but it's not very good. You can't zoom at all, and the quality isn't great. Very, very grainy most of the time. Plus, that camera's pretty old now and uses battery power like you wouldn't believe -- even with brand new batteries. Any suggestions would be great!
