Like I said, spend a day in any town or neighborhood known for high violent crime rates and get an actual look at what's fueling it.
Interesting observation.
Memphis is extremely high crime, one of the murder capitals at some point (not sure if they still hold the title) and while they have a bit of cocaine, LSD, and prescription drugs, the majority of the lower class (which is the majority of the city) is really only on pot from what I gather. And there's plenty of stories floating around of friends, friends of friends, family, so on - people to get completely trashed from it psychologically. Maybe it's all laced with something, who knows. Or maybe my long time theory of "It's in the water" will be proven some day.
But Montana is apparently known for its meth, and we don't really have any violent crimes at all out here. Maybe it's the lack of people, but Great Falls, Bozeman, Missoula, and other cities don't have a whole lot of violent crime going on. Petty theft, vandalism, nothing you wouldn't expect a typical teenager to do. Missoula is apparently the "new rape capital", but honestly, what college town isn't? Especially with a police force that does nothing but sit on it's arse.
So, yeah, that's rather interesting, comparing the two.
As far as what this guy was on, who knows. He was eating a guy's face, and he's now dead. Hopefully, if he was on something, or it was laced with some particularly interesting stuff, it won't go and make other people run around naked and eat people's faces.
Strange story, all around.
