Ronin Got a Kitten...

First, Ronin in his new Ella's Lead... the monster rope.

Now, on with the kitten story. I bought Ronin a realistic plush cat today. I took Ronin and the cat outside to get photos.

Ronin tries to catch the kitten...

At this point, Ilsa (who was inside) starts barking her head off. Turns out that she thought the cat was REAL... so she decided to announce to the world that it was her duty to kill it:

Ronin wonders WTF she's barking at, so he ignores the stuffed kitty to look *through the patio door* (dumb dog) to see if Ilsa is barking at something inside. He sees the reflection of the kitty, and assumes that a REAL kitty magically appeared INSIDE. He gears up for kill mode...

Now, BOTH dogs are barking at the kitty. Ils ais barkign at the stuffed one, Ronin is barking at its reflection. It was the most hilarious thing they've done all summer. The End!

LOL, probably... that's actually one of her best trickeries - if she wants Ronin's spot on the couch, she'll run over to the patio door and bwoof. ROnin jumps off the couch to see what Ilsa's bwoofing at, and she promptly runs over to the couch and takes Ronin's vacated spot.

She does the same thing to get ME off the couch!

Oh, that's too funny! Kharma used to do that to Shiva on a regular basis. She'd be quite tricky about it, too. She'd go to different windows and really get the right expression and sense of urgency in her bark.

Poor Shiva would fall for it every time . . . she's never been stupid, but has just always been an innocent. Then Shiva'd try to turn it around on Kharma and Kharma would just lay there and look smug :rofl1:

Poor Tallulah tries to pull it on Kharma . . . it's never worked yet. Kharma looks over at Bimmer to see if he's agitated and as long as he's not, she knows it's bogus.
