Yes, it's definitely all in fun. I certainly have nothing against OC or the opinion that dogs ought to have a job, but as far as I see it--the vast majority of them do. Not all of them, obviously, like my neighbor's dog who sits tied up behind their deck all day and never gets attention or is appreciated, but the rest do.

Now onto the important question... does anyone have a Dalmation Decoration? I need something to go with my new Setter decoration. :)

Don't fall for that "washable white" routine. If you use bleach it falls apart and if you don't use bleach, it turns off-white over time.

Sada, I will TOTALLY take you up on that offer. The room's kinda small, so your decoration won't mind if it's shoved behind a bed, right? :D And I may be interested in a red one... 'Twould go with the trim and curtains in my room.
The spotted one should fit behind a bed. He's kind of small for his particular decoration "breed".

The "red one" is actually red with black so if you still want him, let me know. He'll fit under your bed just nicely. He's getting old so his shine is fading a little.

Ooh pre rinsing is a real job! Cool Cider's 'real'!

But I have a small decoration with big ears on the way so I can't possibly keep her. Anyone want a shaggy cocker she matches leopard print well.

TM, use Borax. That ought to get it clean. ;)

And Maya's mom.. I am so dissapointed. You are trying to sell an inferior product!!! Everyone knows you have to sand the rust away and then paint over it!

I'm of the opinion that as long as dogs have outlets and aren't destructive and are stimulated then all is good. I have no need for a herder or a sled dog or a LGD or a protection dog. I have need for a companion with a great personality and a good sense of humor. So that's what I've got. There's a dog for everyone's life, wether that be a 'working dog' or not. For those that need working dogs, then it's great you have them and they have jobs they love. Most people want companions these days first and foremost.

Anyways, back to the fun. :)

Better be using tremclad. Want to make sure that rust doesn't come through yet again!
