Well lets see, hubby is doing better, pneumonia is clearing well, his thyroid is out of wack but meds are getting that under control, he goes in for his stress test Fri to see if there is damage to his heart

Now I had my stress test done which was borderline, so we will repeat that in 3 months BUT.......................have onset adult diabetes blood sugar at 350 and cholosterial is 241 so....seems that it will be me that will be towing the rope so to speak

Yes needless to say it wasnt what I was expecting, hence I am the ruler of the roost and dont have time for this.

It was a ton of bricks hitting me square in the chest. Well at least hubby is on the mend and I can concentrate over the next few days getting him better but now he will go on the road worried about me

Does anyone have some really good recipies that I can use that will at least help reduce the sugars and cholestral?????
