Need some help re: shipping animals

I'm needing a bit of information from those who have shipped animals via airline before, or are familiar with the process.

I, myself, haven't had an animal shipped. I do know, however, that you need to check with the individual airline you chose and see what they're requirements are for shipping. Crate styles, IDs, shot records, ect...

Mona was flown out to me via an airline from Arkansas, but the breeder made arrangements with a friend to fly with her in cabin to my airport. Shipping puppies is usually pretty stressful...
