I'm confused. Your profile says you are a 19 year old from Virginia. But I can't understand hardly anything you post anywhere. Is your first language not english? How old are you? Please use puncuation, so we know where a sentance starts and stops.

You scared you dog into flinging itself out the window? Was it open or closed? The dog is 20 years old? It's a boxer named Jackie? You think she has cancer from a faint heartbeat?

A vet will make a house call, it might or might not cost more.

I don't think this needs to in the Rainbow Bridge forum, maybe moved to the health care forum.

I'm sorry I'm having a hard time understanding what your writing. Could you please use punctuations so I know where your sentences end and begin?

Ok so she was your dog that got stuck in a well? And you can't get her out of it? Who have you called? Did you try calling maybe the humane society or if you have animal controll calling them to see if they can help? Or maybe the police/fire departments maybe? They might be able to help you. I'm sure they wouldn't just let your dog die down there.

bichon it seems she has lived a full life being 20. I would get her out of the well if she is still there, nurse her and keep a watchful eye over her. Try to get her to eat and drink also to keep her strength. There may not be anything that you can do for her except love her and be by her side. Good luck

I'm confused. I know what a window well is though. Why can't you get down there? I could jump in and out of my parent's window wells fairly easily. A raccoon (sp?) got stuck in my parents and I got some really thick gear on and jump down grabbed it and flung in out and then flung myself out and ran like the wind. It was a deep window well too, went to my chin. Will the dog not let you down there, is she being agressive? You need to get her out and get her to a vet immediately (or have a vet do a house call). That is old for a boxer and it may or may not be her time to go. Regardless she needs to get out of that hole.

well she is an old dog and has lived a really long life. It shows that you have taken good care of her and she liked who she was with.

OK let's see what I understand so far

Your dog fell in a window well, then came out and won't eat or drink water? Try coaxing her. Put a little raw meat, or yourgurt, or tuna, or warm water (anything to makeher eat) in her food. Sometimes you have to force food into dogs but that's really extreme. I'm sorry, I may be talking about something completely different, but I can't really understand.

Don't be afraid to call for help. It sounds like she is injured, especially if she fell on her head or neck. That might be why she can't walk right now. 20 years old for a dog is extremely rare, it might be the best thing to put her down.

Let us know how everything is now. And please answer my questions!
