Cause I need one. I just put Mu in a trick class so we have to learn 4 tricks in the next 7 weeks and hopefully this will keep me semi-accountable. :p

FIRST TRICK - This is our jump into arms trick. We started about a week ago. In the first seven seconds she managed to poke me in the eye. That's why you wear safety glasses kids!!

Video

There are a couple things we need to work on. Mu tends to jump out away from my body which makes me look like an idiot when I catch her. And she likes to stutter start for some reason which makes me twitchy. But we're getting there and I'm pretty pleased so far.

Tricks are fun but sometimes I get a little irked. Like when I get poked in the eye repeatedly. >.< Lol. If you (or anyone else) want to train along with us that would be AWESOME. Feel free to post videos and stuff here too!!

Haha, you guys have to help me keep this up to date! I quit blogging after like 4 weeks so 7 weeks is going to be really hard for me. As for your not-so-secret crush - want me to do a disclaimer for Mu ownership like the one I did for Tipper?? :rofl1:

If it's a disclaimer that Mu actually belongs to me and she should be returned to her rightful owner, then yes. Yes you should.

Hmmm. It would probably go something like this.

I'm including a picture of the product so you know what you're getting.

But...but...I wanted the Mu :(

I want to train with you guys! I will get started now, but I think I am going to have to catch him from on my knees or something. On account of the legs. Poor Frodo.

LOVE! Sooo much LOVE.

Also, do you find that Mu has to jump from a certain side? Traveler at first would only jump if he was on my left side.

It's looking awesome and adorable and I can't wait to see the final product!

You guys live close, you can share custody. Or you could all just move to Colorado WHERE THE AWESOME PEOPLE LIVE and have unrestricted access. :p

Definitely train with us! I think I'm going to end up having Mu bounce off my leg and up. How tall is Frodo? Mu is 13 inches at the shoulder and I know that she CAN jump high enough, I just don't know if she will all the time. I feel safer with the leg.

Well I started her on the right side but she really wants to jump straight up. The problem is that she does that stutter start thing when she's in front of me and it makes her go straight up instead of into me...if that makes sense. It makes it hard to catch her. I'm really pleased with how it's coming along - she is so much fun to work with. :)

BTW that picture does not work to deter me from wanting the Mu. Try again.
How about the death glare??

He is almost exactly 12" at the shoulder, but agile isn't in his vocabulary lol. Maybe I can teach him to jump on a chair and then into my arms or something.

And for the record, I would gladly move to Colorado, I could even transfer to my same job out there, lol.

That would be a cool trick too! One of the people in my class said that she started working on this trick by having her dog bail off the back of the sofa lol.

That would be so awesome. Colorado needs more Chazzers. :p

That one might do the trick... Same evil glare I get from the Zuminator. I don't need two evil glarers living in my house...

Awwwww, Mu is too freakin cute!!! xD Look at those lil stubs! She can jump shockingly high for a munchkin. I dunno if Fozzie could do this trick without one or both of us getting hurt. Gonzo does it without being asked, he's such a baby.

New trick!! We have successfully shaped a leg weave. I can't believe how freaking fast she picked this one up. We started shaping it yesterday and refined today. We were getting a crazy spin after she went through my legs, but it's all fixed now. I <3 my dog.

Video One

Video Two

We're taking a break from jumping into my arms because she REALLY doesn't want to do it. I think she's hurting somewhere so we're going to wait a week or so and then try again. Probably with something really high value....liverwurst I guess.
