I often take both out at the same time, Dora heels right next to me; Kim next to her; both on my left side; although occasionally Kim gets competitive and decides she'll get out front; a quick correction fixes that. In-about turns also fix that right quick as well. I also bike with both with me; on or off lead they are both good; however I have better eyes than the two of them; and as long as I correct or stop behaviour before it starts; they are good.

Sometimes they are on leash; usually 2 separate 6 foot; however I coupled them the other day; and nearly wet my pants with the comedy; it was a "Who's on first" skit; let me tell you!!!

I walk both of mine together, but their combined weight isn't even 10lbs, lol! I use 2 Flex leashes. They get tangled up quite often, but while frustrating, it's quick and easy to fix. If I'm walking them after 10pm, I don't even put them on leashes. I live in apts and my door is directly next to the open area I walk them in. I'll just sit on the bottom step and let them run around for 10-15mins. No one is ever out at that time so we never have issues with other dogs.

We usually walk two at a time..sometimes three depending on which dogs we are taking. My neighborhood is notorious for dogs not being contained properly (chicken wire is not going to contain your large dog that doesn't like other dogs on its street...), so taking just 2 or 3 along alows us to scoop up ours or shoo away the strange dog if need be. It also depends how long we'll be walking, the Elf can't keep up with the young boys for long walks, although she does her best:) They're walked on their normal leashes, on flat collars.
