I'm a stress eater, mainly chocolate, I crave it really badly when I stress. However sometimes I think I eat as an avoidance technique. Like I'm working on a project and suddenly feel like I could use a bowl of ice cream. And I can't work on the project while I eat the ice cream, that could make a mess. So I'll go eat it over there, far, far away from project. Then ten minutes later I could really use a drink to wash down that food, so I have to go slowly drink that, over there. So on and so forth.
