I'd call this an unnecessary federal law, except that, well . . . I'm pretty sure there will never be a reason to enforce it . . . since, um, there are a bunch of other laws that already do the same thing. You know, the ones about trafficking in human tissue and disposal of medical waste?

Oh, well, I guess he needs a hobby.

Edit: Correction, this is a proposed state law. Because there are so many fetus-eaters in Oklahoma.

It will devastate the Oklahoma economy when all those companies making baby sausages move their operations to Texas.

Crap. Fingers-crossed this doesn't come here.
Honestly, it doesn't matter one way or another. Its like the VA legislature passing a law against companies inserting GPS tags into their employees to track their movements. I oppose eating aborted fetuses, and I oppose GPS chip injections, but at the moment, neither more is more than a conspiracy theory. This one is more silly because its already illegal, but its the same idea. Remember, OK is the state that was convinced that its courts would begin to apply Sharia law at any moment . . .

Oh I just mean, I'd hate to have my dinners regulated by the government.
If only they understood the deliciousness....

I can't get the page to open right now, but just out of curiosity, does this cover what people do with the placenta? Did he manage to slip that in there?

Not unless there is a definition somewhere else in the code that includes "placenta" as part of "fetus" . . . so if you want to sell placenta omelets in Oklahoma . . . well, its one less law to worry about.

I noticed that it said for "human consumption". Does that mean us raw feeders can feed our dogs human fetuses?

Hmmm... But baby jerky surely wouldn't fall under that law, would it? Thank goodness, I have a stash of babies in my freezer.
