I hate seeing my dog stressed and anxious.
It's literally been thundering ALL day, it's now 7pm and it started a bit in the middle of the night, stopped briefly from maybe 10-12, and then started again.
He has been getting more and more stressed over thunder in the past year. He paces a lot more panting and all, where he used to just go under the bed. And it used to be only the big booms that would send him scared, but now it's even a bit smaller ones that bother him as well.
FINALLY though about an hour ago, he seemingly gave up and just laid down on the couch. He's been fine since, and there's still light thundering outside. I even walked with him outside and he went pee perfectly fine, so I guess it just took him all day, lol.
I'm seriously considering getting some kind of medication for him even though summer storms are hopefully coming to a close soon here anyways.
