Yeah, ultimately as much as I'd like to see her get a "professional" start on sheep, I don't want to part with her for a month or more. I suppose I could, but life is so much easier with her and I think I can start her myself without messing her up too badly -- so why put either of us through the stress? Plus there's the issue of her not listening to anyone but me, and I wouldn't want her to get off to a bad start because she wouldn't listen to a trainer. She and I have a good working relationship already so it's mainly the sheep and commands I need to focus on.

Well, that's a whole 'nother story. LMAO. I am trying to convince my folks that it will be *much* cheaper in the long run for me to have my own small flock, rather than pay $40 per lesson and take weekly lessons. And if I only take monthly lessons, Eve will never get anywhere with her training. But if I could work my own stock every day . . . Yup, that's totally the way to go.
And I'm now super excited. My parents are thinking of buying 3 Paco products and that means I might be able to get one free. Eve will certainly be well-dressed.
