Hello from Portugal

My name is Helder and i love dogs. My friends say i have a compulsion to try and pet every dog i come acroos but they don't know what they are saying . Unfortunatly i live in a apartment which is too small, so i can't have a dog of my one but hopefully that will chage when i move to a new house
